see my hair is long and i get a perm like every two month you kno so i can have new growth and it was growing good once upon time now all of a sudden it just stopped growing.i dont kno wat to do.

First of all do you mean perm as in curled or relaxed? I use both words interchangeably. Have you changed your eating/exercise habits or hair regime? New products?

Just make sure to shampoo/condition weekly and try to keep heat off of it (like flat irons/straighteners, blow dryers). Take a multivitamin also.

Well what I use is Horse Shampoo. I know it sounds really weird, but I've had great results using it. My hair is growing a lot faster, healthier, and thicker. The shampoo I use is "Mane 'n Tail"

You could get hair extensions. That's what I want. There kinda expensive.
