curly hair will not grow "long" very fast. you must be willing to dedicate a long time here. basically keep hair clean and try not to put allot of chemicals in your hair, and trim the ends every 6 months and you'll be well on your way.

Only thing you can do is increase your overall health. Excersize to increase circulation, eat right and/or take vitamins to ensure you are getting the nutrients your body needs, and drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Your whole body will benefit, not just your hair.
If you have a problem with breakage, condition your hair more frequently to protect the length you do have.
