Theres no way to have a noticable amount grow in three days. I know there are products that help your hair grow, but thats over a long amount of time.

yeah thats impossible...your best bet would be a wig

The only way I know of is to massage your scalp(it gets the blood flowing better). It's also supposed to help it grow thicker. It works like a charm for me.
