Well my hair is wierd....how can i grow it out when it does this?

Im 16 5'8 and umm am a filipino

Okay well, I've tried on many occasions to grow my hair out, but the problem I have is that it only wants to get poofy like a fro and not grow like other peoples. Most my friends have the longish hair and mine wont do it. Its really thick and that may be the problem but when I wanna head bang(haha) it doesnt move like most people...its just stationary. It grows like at a outward angle and just keeps doing that. If someone can help me post here please :) it will be appreciated very very much.

braids and dreadlocks! These are a couple of really cool styles and they'd probably look really great on you. You could try the really thin ones - awesome! Have fun

okayy. after you blow-dry your hair put this stuff called Chi Silk in.. its like a leave in conditioner type thing. you are also going to want to straighten your hair too. so before you straighten spray Chi Iron stuff in your hair... it makes the straightener not fry it. the straightener that i reccommend is chi turbo.. thats the best chi that i have ever hadd %26amp; it works like really well!

You can get your hair permanently straightened but you might be a bit young to start damaging your hair. You said your trying to grow it out but not how long it is? If it's not that short you may be able to use a thin straightener.

Maybe use some kind of good striaghtner and then use a blowdryer with the attachable teeth and blow dry it with that it helps to get you hair straight! hopes this helps!! good Luck!!

If you get it chemically straightened you don't have to straighten it very often--not more than once every 3 months
