I have been trying to grow my hair long and nothing i have tried so far has worked. I heard that there is two certain vitamens that you can take that actually work, does anyone know what those are?
Hair wont grow!? Vitammin E capsules will help to make the scalp haelthy, but the hair itself .. not sure. Try not to use cheap products and get to a salon the stylist wiil "train" yuor hair and you should see results in a few months- this is expensive, but you'll definately see the difference. Try proucts by "organic root stimulator" they can be found at any beauty supply store and are kinda pricey, but worth it. Keep in mind- hair grows like 1 inch every 3 months, and there is breakage at the same time, so may not even notice it. Keep your ends trimmed to reduce breakage.
Hair wont grow!? Do you use alot of products and heat on your hair? If so, stop. You need to stay as clean as possible. Use volumizing and strengthening shampoos and conditoners, and all natural products work too. Try not to wear your hair out, either braid it, or put it in a tight pony tail on a regular basis to avoid the elements. Be nice to your hair and it will be nice to you.
Hair wont grow!? yeah i heard of them too. but there are also tips you can use to make it grow my hairs down to my butt and everybody loves my hair. All you have to do is stroke it with a brush 100 times before you go to bed and when you brush your hair in the morning dont just brush it straight flip your head over and brush it upside down. and try constintly playing with your hair when your not doing anything like just tugging on it thats what i always do
Hair wont grow!? A healthy scalp = hair growth. At least, that's what I've heard.
Also, if you message your scalp for a couple minutes everytime you wash it, it'll grow.

Hair wont grow!? i am not sure what the vitamins are but there is this shampoo and conditioner that has worked for me i am not sure what its called i want to say "main and tail"something like that but it has a picture of a horse in the front just keep using it and when you least expected it will grow...you could find this shampoo in the pet shampoo they are use on horse's tail for it can grow fast. they sell this shampoo In Heb Walmart or Walgreens i hope i can help

The first step is prevention. Care for your hair as you would any valuable possession. Use a mild shampoo that is recommended for your hair type, such as: oily hair, dry hair, color treated, etc. If you are unsure, seek the advice of a hairdresser. I suggest using a conditioner after every shampoo; again, one that is formulated for your hair type.
