I've heard that when you shave off your hair like on your face, it grows back faster and in more amounts?

Is this true? I saw it on a Seinfeld episode. Jerry shaved his chest and it grew back faster, and in more amounts.

well don't shave anything but your face! and yes your hair grows faster and faster the more you shave until you start shaving everyday. then it reached its limit. it might get a little darker.

haha and then kramer is showing him his chest that he shaved and its really hairy....love that episode. but anyways no, its not true, the hair will maybe feel like that cuz its stubly, but no it grows back at the regular speed.

I think it goes the more you shave it the corser it gets.. But I do know if you shave somewhere you have never shaved before it does come back thicker and with more. My husband went to get his hair cut a the girl shaved not only his neck but the top s of his shoulders. It is now more harrier than it was before and it is really gross because the rest of his back is pretty hairless..
