when i take care of my hair and eat right it grows from an inch to an inch %26amp; a half a month...if i don't eat right or drink enough water it can grow as little as 1/4 an inch a month. eat right (or take a multivitamin, i take flintstones), drink water %26amp; pay special attention to your ends. the ends are the oldest part of your hair and will easily break off if neglected

haha prenatal vitamins for sure. Eat lots of vitamin D or take a multi-vitamin. Mine grows painfully slow, I feel you.

My hair used to grow really really fast, and now it just grows normally. I'm actually glad it stopped growing fast, the trimming was a pain to keep up with. There are conditioners that strengthen the roots and supposedly make hair grow faster. You could try that.
