ok so i wanna know ANY kind of way that i can grow out my hair longer faster!!!! PLZZZ thankyou.. and i don't wanna take any pill or anything XD

1.massage ur head...stimulates teh hair folicules

2.turn ur head upside down nd brush it

3.turn ur head upside down in the shower nd massage ur shampoo nd conditioner in

4.drink lots of water

5.vitamin A

6.brush ur hair regularly(start at bottoms so not to rip(dont use a brush, use a pic if still wet but try to avoid combing when wet)) also avoid brushes all together...use a comb to brush it

7.get split ends cut off regularly

8.also ask hair stylist for tips on what to do

9.get lots of exercise

actually believe it or not, by cutting the dead end off ur hair wen u start getting unhealthy ends, ur hair grows faster cuz its healthier. so try going to the hair dresser every now and then and just ask them to cut off ur dead ends. plus their shampoos and conditioners usually make ur hair even healthier too. just take good care of it and it will do the same to you haha :) good luck : )

I heard that these two things work... don't know if they are true- but Vitamin A is suppose to make your hair and nails stronger. I also heard that if you crush up birth control pills and put them in your shampoo, then you hair will grow faster. (I have not tried it, my friend from Mexico sais that she learned it down there.) I would think that if you maintain a healthy life style, stay active and take good care of your self, your hair should grow pretty quick.
