I was never a slender girl but I was never 'fat' then I lost around 40 lbs in college and was a complete knock out! A fox of the first water. After I got married, I started to notice these hairs, then all of a sudden this weight gain even though I hadn't increased eating or anything like that. It was PCOS....totally genetic and almost uncontrollable! It's beginning to happen to a lot of slender and skinny girls, too. It causes complications with fertility, diabetes, and your heart if you're not being treated.

Oh, and be careful when you sling that word fat around. The skinny girl today could be the 'fat' one tomorrow because of these type of health issues.
