i really really want to grow my hair out, and i was just wondering if there was anything i could do to speed that process up at all....to make some difference..i have realyl great hair..and it grows fine...but i just want some tips...

I take a multi vitamin, drink TONS of water and get REGULAR trims. Works wonders. I also use a product from schwarzkopf called sealed ends. OMG I LOOOOVE it. I found it at a salon a few years ago and I use it religiously. It helped my wispy horrible bangs grow out so fast! Lol I should do infomercials for them I love it so much. Here's a link, good luck!

if u get it trimmed just a little every couple of months, it grows a lot faster cuz all of the dead ends are gone and the hair is healthier

My hair use to be VERY short and now is down the middle of my back and it did take a while (about a year)..but I noticed when I took my multi-vitamin and drank lots of water it helped me hair grow faster. I also went for regular trims and made sure the stylist only took the very very ends off my hair. I also have my stylist keep a record of how many inches my hair is. Like last month it grew from 13 inches to 16 inches...!!! Good luck on growing your hair out!! :o)
